Tentative Agreement reached
The TA Summary is prepared and published for the membership.

Step 2
MEC review & authorization vote
The FDX MEC convenes in Memphis, TN to review and analyze the TA. The MEC votes whether to authorize distribution to members for a ratification vote.

Step 3
Full TA distributed to members
Following an affirmative MEC vote, the complete TA text, supplements, published letters, and proposed implementation schedule are submitted to members and posted on the FDX MEC website.

Step 4
Ratification vote
The member vote opens and closes on published dates. Results are announced as soon as possible following ballot certification.

Voting Information

TA Ratification Voting Now Open

Voting opens May 12, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. ET and ends on June 9, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. ET

The ratification process will be carried out in accordance with balloting procedures that are set forth in Section 90 of the ALPA Administrative Manual. The results will be announced as soon as possible following the certification of this ballot.
A VOTE NOW button will be available when the vote window opens.

How to Vote

  • Go to alpa.org/votenet
  • Log in with your 7-digit ALPA number and intranet password
  • Click the button at the bottom of the page to be passed through to ALPA's Votenet balloting system
  • After submitting your vote, you will receive an email from support@votenet.com at your email address on file confirming your vote was recorded
