What are "Circumstances Beyond the Company's Control”?

The definition can be found in the CBA 2.53 “Emergency.”

“Beyond the Company's Control” can include: (1) an act of God, (2) a strike by any other Company employee group, (3) a national emergency, (4) revocation of the Company's operating certificate(s), (5) unexpected grounding of the Company's aircraft, or (6) a governmental or commercial action imposed on the Company which substantially reduces or inhibits the Company's operation or ability to operate its air fleet, or portion thereof.
